Independent informational service

Stocky Exit Audit is independent informational software and an assisted migration-review service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify and does not replace Shopify instructions, professional accounting, legal advice, inventory controls, or a complete migration plan.

Free scan

The free scan runs locally in your browser, does not connect to Shopify, and does not modify inventory. Review every finding against source records before changing quantities, costs, purchase orders, or accounting data.

Founding assisted audit

The $499 founding assisted audit is a one-time service covering the scope described at checkout and on the Stocky Exit Audit site, including export-completeness review, workflow-gap mapping, supplier-capture guidance, open-PO cutover review, evidence-backed findings, and one post-migration reconciliation checkpoint. Additional implementation, data conversion, custom development, or expanded locations/workflows may require separate scope.

Supported paid inventory processing

A verified paid customer may upload supported inventory or inventory-baseline CSV exports through the private paid-audit processing workflow. The automated processor is currently limited to inventory rows that can be mapped to its documented target schema. Purchase-order history, stocktake history, supplier exports, and other Stocky export classes remain part of the assisted review and are not represented as supported automated schemas in this release.

For supported inventory files, the service validates rows deterministically, may use a bounded server-side schema-realignment fallback for unresolved column drift when that feature is configured, and quarantines records that still cannot satisfy the target validation rules. Raw upload objects are intended to be transient and are deleted after processing, with a scheduled cleanup path for stale uploads.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate intake information, preserving your own source records, obtaining authority to process submitted business information, and validating recommendations before acting on them. Do not submit passwords, API credentials, card data, raw confidential customer data, personal customer information, or third-party information you are not authorized to share with Stocky Exit Audit and its infrastructure or AI processing providers.

No guarantee

Automated classification, schema realignment, and assisted findings can be incomplete or incorrect when exports use custom columns, inconsistent data, missing context, or unexpected formats. Stocky Exit Audit does not guarantee that every migration issue will be detected, that every row will be realigned, or that any replacement system will meet every operational requirement.
